By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

2. Services Provided

The Platform allows users to create digital menus and QR codes for restaurants and similar businesses. Our services include:

• Digital menu creation and management
• QR code generation for menu access
• Customization options (Pro Plan features)

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information when registering
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription Plans

The Platform offers different subscription plans, including free trials and paid plans (e.g., Let’s Go Pro Plan). By subscribing, you agree to the applicable pricing, fees, and payment terms. All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.

5. Payment and Billing

• Payment Methods: Payments must be made using the payment methods accepted by the Platform. You agree to provide valid payment information.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription plans may automatically renew unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. You may cancel at any time by adjusting your account settings.

6. User-Generated Content

By uploading or creating content (e.g., menus, images, descriptions) on the Platform, you warrant that you have the rights to do so. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and use the content for the purpose of providing services. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal purposes or in violation of any laws
• Upload or distribute harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform or attempt to access unauthorized areas
• Misuse or copy any part of the Platform’s intellectual property

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, and features of the Platform are the exclusive property of the Platform and its licensors. You may not use or copy any of our intellectual property without express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform and its services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including, but not limited to:

• Data breaches or unauthorized access to your account
• Interruptions or errors in the Platform’s functionality

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform will be resolved in the courts of Kingdom of Bahrain.
